I attended the last free summer concert at Fort Reno park featuring Tuscadero and Air Miami. Air Miami were okay---nothing to write home about. They sounded like every other band on WHFS. Tuscadero weren't very different either, but I do believe they are fairly talented. They were very tight and played a lot better than I expected. In fact, it is surprising they played so well given that this was their 20th gig. It really is too bad they're just jumping on the "alternative" bandwagon. They could really be good if they were more self-indulgent. The downside of their show was the bad references the lead singer kept making regarding the oldies (?) radio station next to the park.
