Yes, I'll agree with Ram Samudrala when he chooses to describe his musical output as being twisted. For the most part, though, I think Ram's songs are not that strange. The twisted aspect of these songs is more in the processing rather than in the actual harmonic, melodic, or rhythmic content. With all the processing that is done to these tunes, you do end up with what sounds like pop music that has been run through a blender. The second side of the tape has the same songs, but the mix is slightly different.
